This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data when you use our website, products, and services, including APIs, SDKs, dashboards, and social media profiles. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
We process personal data on the following legal bases (Art. 6(1) GDPR): Consent (a), Performance of a contract (b), Legal obligation (c), Legitimate interests (f), e.g., ensuring IT security, improving Services.
We host and operate our infrastructure in our own MorVoice data center in Germany. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data remains within the EEA.
We process prompts/inputs and outputs to provide the Service. Unless agreed otherwise, we do not use your inputs/outputs to train models ('no training by default').
